Was very unhappy with the fact that we had a housekeeper try to get into our room at 9 am when we were still in bed

The place is exquisite. From the outside it doesn't look like it but once you get in, it's really really nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was so kind. They even let us have an hour later check out with no issues. I will definitely stay here again. PS the food was amazing and Jerry the server was awesome! He had so much information about Baylor and the area and was so friendly about sharing what he knew. Hats off to Jerry!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and staff was great. The beds were a bit soft for my back and water pressure in shower was poor. It is very convenient to Baylor campus so will probably come again despite the few drawbacks.

The front desk lady is a dictator. She makes her own rules for different people for use of common amenities. She talks around like she owns the place. Frustrated staff, they clearly look underpaid or unhappy.

All of the homeless people on the curb next to the hotel, really were a surprise and very disheartening. I was happy to be going to a hotel that was pet friendly, however, I was afraid to even walk around the hotel because of the people in the street who were making remarks, and overall being menacing. I had no idea that the Salvation Army soup kitchen was there, and there was a church that was allowing homeless people to squat in right next door. That said, you really can’t walk to any of the local restaurants because of the neighborhood. Next time I will stay at the Hilton or something like that next to the river where it is lovely and you can walk. On a positive side, the food in the restaurant was good, and the room was clean and fairly comfortable. If all you want is a place to sleep and eat and drink. You may enjoy this hotel. I won’t be back

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Walking distance to Magnolia Market. Restaurant and Bar area is very nice and upscale. Rooms were decorated nicely. Very comfortable bed! Will stay here again forsure!

wanted to see Magnolia silo's, and the town.
we will be back later this year to take in more of the sights.
as for the question of eco friendly i don't really give that much thought for a hotel so please remove that question, its insulting.
